Adventure By Design
Give the challenge a purpose
Schools can discuss secondary-school transition, leadership and life planning. Churches and organisations may focus on staff retreats, volunteers or teamwork. Companies can explore communication, problem solving, cohesion and staff family activities. Each goal shapes a different programme.
Solve together, then reflect together
The sample day-camp schedule begins with a lodge introduction and warm-up, followed by team building and problem-solving adventures, then a review of the experience. Debriefing helps participants reflect on how they communicated and worked together.
Choose a format for your group
The brochures give sample day-camp and overnight schedules. School visits and outreach services can also be discussed. These are starting points: instructors adapt the actual programme to your camp objectives.
How are groups and sessions arranged?
The April 2026 brochures describe three-hour sessions with one instructor per group. The school and family plan allows up to 20 per group; the church/non-profit and corporate plans allow up to 15. Confirm the relevant arrangements with our team.
How early should we enquire?
The brochures ask groups to book at least two months before the camp so instructors can be arranged. Service remains subject to staffing. Share your dates, numbers, group type and objectives.
How do we request the programme?
Select Adventure By Design or outreach service on the camp application form. An instructor will then discuss your plans with the organiser. Some activities and outreach arrangements carry additional charges; check the relevant brochure and confirm a current quotation.
