Who can take part?
The guide lists ages 12 and above, for schools, churches, registered non-profit organisations and private groups of up to 40 people. Companies should enquire about the separate corporate plan.
How much time should we allow?
The 2024 brochure lists this series as two-hour activities. Use that for initial planning, then confirm current activities, duration, instructor ratios and charges. Instructors also assess participants’ abilities.
What should we confirm before applying?
Prepare your dates, numbers, ages and activity choices, and enquire when booking your camp. The brochure asks for applications no later than one month before the camp. Equipment and instructors are included; a post-activity debrief is not.
