Participants discuss ideas, try different approaches and solve problems together. An instructor then leads a debrief and shared reflection, helping the group consider how to use what they have discovered at school, in everyday life or at work.

01
Give your group a shared goal
Give your group a shared goal
Plan a programme for secondary-school transition, leadership or life planning, or bring staff, volunteers or colleagues together for a retreat or team day. Tell us what you want the group to practise so an instructor can shape the challenges around your goals.
02
Solve a challenge, then reflect together
Solve a challenge, then reflect together
Get to know one another through warm-ups and team activities, then discuss ideas and share tasks as you tackle an adventure challenge. Afterwards, an instructor leads a debrief so you can reflect on your communication and choices, and consider how to use what you have learnt in everyday life or at work.
03
Choose a time and place that work for you
Choose a time and place that work for you
Choose a day camp or an overnight stay, or discuss an outreach programme at your school, organisation or workplace. A day camp might begin with an introduction and warm-up, move on to team challenges and finish with a shared reflection. Your instructor will adapt the schedule to your objectives.
